Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th grade, +2, diploma, or Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Proficient communication in English (oral & written) and one of the regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam).
• Candidates must be residents of Karnataka State.

Pre-Requisite:

• Candidates should possess a laptop or desktop with 4GB RAM and a stable internet connection.

Experience:

• Freshers/Minimum 6 months in BPO.

Customer Care Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Proficient communication in English (oral & written) and fluency in one of the regional languages (Hindi, Bengali, or Telugu).

Pre-Requisite:

• Working knowledge of CRM and computers.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience.
