Project Discovery is our annual video competition where individuals with disabilities propose solutions to the challenges they face.

Here's what we need you to do:

1. Create subtitles and descriptions for existing videos.
2. Design thumbnails for YouTube videos. Additional (if interested): Data analysis

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours/day, 2-3 days a week.

Skills Needed:

1. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
2. Awareness about disability and inclusive language.
3. Language skills.
4. Design skills.
5. Decent knowledge of Excel.
6. Content creation skills.
7. Proficiency in English + Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, or any major Indian language.
