Telecaller

Role Overview: 
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our store team –

• The role involves connecting with customers over phone calls, answering their queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for promotions, offers, and follow-ups.

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Support in customer engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships.

• Coordinate with the store team to address customer needs effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Inter/Graduate Pass.

Good communication skills in English and local language (mandatory).

Prior experience in telecalling / customer service

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

Eligibility:

Open for candidates with Locomotor Disabilities, Dwarfism, and Mild Autism (with valid certificate).
