a) CrowdStrike Specialist

• Minimum 4 years of experience with CrowdStrike and other EDR/XDR solutions

• Experience in creating, monitoring, and enforcing security policies

• Deployment and troubleshooting of AV/EDR solutions on endpoints

• Strong knowledge of IOA, IOC, ML, and SVE in CrowdStrike

• Proven ability to manage projects from planning to implementation

• Experience in automation using FalconPy

b) Network Security Engineer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Certifications Preferred: CCNA, CCNP Security, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Cloud
Experience: 2 to 7+ years in network security

Skills Required:

• Strong grasp of network protocols, routing, and switching

• Hands-on experience with security tools: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Zscaler, cloud security, WAF

• In-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DLP

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot security incidents

2. Collaborate with internal teams and prioritize tasks effectively

3. Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, KBs, Runbooks)

4. Monitor device health and firewall logs

5. Review and update security policies and access control lists (ACLs)

6. Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts (monthly/quarterly)

c) ISMS Specialist

• Implementation of ISO 27001

• Conducting Risk Assessment and Treatment as per ISO 27001 and ISO 31000

• Managing security deviations

• Knowledge of Hi-Trust framework

• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management
