Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Voice Process team. In this role, you will interact with customers over the phone to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer assistance and resolve queries
- Communicate effectively in English and one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Konkani, or Malayalam)
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, efficient, and friendly service
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass and above
- Ability to speak English and at least one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Konkani, or Malayalam)
- Freshers welcome; no prior tech or engineering background needed
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
Shift Details:
- 24/7 Shift -Rotational
- 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
