Sun Life Financial is seeking a Test Associate Analyst based in Gurgaon for a hybrid work mode. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a salary as per industry standards. Desired skills include a working knowledge of Web testing automation using TOSCA, and an understanding of Testing and SDLC methodologies.

 

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
  2. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring thorough and accurate reporting.
  3. Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  4. Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
  5. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing valuable inputs to enhance product quality.
  6. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the team.
