Job Description
Saarathee is hiring EdTech Sales Associates for its STEMplify process. This role involves reaching out to students and parents via calls to promote educational courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, be comfortable working on CRM software, and possess a natural ability to convince and close leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote EdTech courses
Engage prospects with clear and persuasive communication
Manage and track leads effectively using CRM software
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable educational programs
Achieve sales targets through consistent follow-ups and closures
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
Strong sales inclination with the ability to convince and convert leads
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in using CRM or related software
Self-motivated with a customer-first approach
