Location of Job: Karnataka state-South
Mode of Working: Work from Home
Languages (Must): Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and English (Candidate should be able to translate English to regional languages)
Shifts: Rotational
Experience Required: Fresher’s/ Min 6 months in BPO
Technical requirement: Minimum 4 GB RAM and >=5.5-inch screen along with Power Bank (Having a laptop or desktop will be preferable)
Education: 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline
Network: Candidate should have a strong network in their locality

Job Responsibilities:
- Migration of free trial customers to paid customers through outbound calls
- Liaison with customers for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle inbound customer queries and explain the product and offer information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
